Mia Runanin: Reiki Teacher | Somatic Counseling

Truth is Simple

Truth is Simple

If you don’t know where you are on the map, how can you find your way? Exploring with your felt sense, you locate yourself in the here and now, and begin to rely on something trustworthy. Find your true ground of being, and let the wisdom that beats your heart guide you home.

Reiki, Somatic Inquiry, and Dreamwork

At the deepest level of your being is a limitless pool of wellness. Developing a dialogue with your felt sense is how you get there, allowing your awareness to touch into the wordless wisdom of what is most true about you.

Our bodies are the user’s manual we came with, an interactive map of the unconscious, and the home of our truth.

Through reiki, somatic inquiry, and dreamwork, you can learn to connect with the ground of your being and emerge free from the labyrinth of old stories, beliefs, karmic traces, and ancestral burdens.

I bring over 35 years of experience, inquiry, and care to our sessions.

“Mia Runanin is a rare and genuine spirit. Integrity, wisdom, humor, and compassion are some of the many gifts she brings to her healing arts. Her physical touch is tangible love. Her understanding of what it is to be a human being on this transformative journey called life, and her ability to communicate that to others is truly exceptional.”
